We love the proximity of the restaurants, coffee shops and fish and chips

We’ve been coming back to Capeview for the past five years.  Even now that we just live around the corner at Little Mountain (near the Caloundra Racecourse) we will come back.  We really like the fact that our unit has the two bedrooms and two bathrooms – that’s very handy for us.  We also love the proximity of the restaurants, coffee shops and the fish and chips.  The pool is easy for my mum to get into and out of and the fact that it’s heated is great.  Rose and Shaun are really nice people and very good to my mum.  Their customer service is very good.  That’s so important – customer service.  Very caring and down to earth.

You can smell the salt air and see the sea

The primary advantage of staying at Capeview is the position – I think it’s a wonderful position.  You can smell the salt air and see the sea.  It think if you’re going to leave home and go somewhere you need to be able to see the sea.  For me that’s the big thing.  And even if the weather isn’t wonderful you can still see the sea.  The other big plus for these apartments is that even though they’re a bit older, they have two bathrooms.  Which is also a plus for us.  All neat and clean and tidy.  We had a lovely break.  We’ll be back again.

Capeview is a delightful place for anyone to stay

Capeview is a delightful place for anyone to stay (we stayed in unit 2). Our nephew and niece (unit 9) were most entranced with their view. We would recommend Capeview Apartments any time. The service was superb. August, 2014

Location was nice and central

I was one of the party that rented your apartment for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the unit. Everything worked. The view was nice. The location was nice and central. The view was great being able to look out over the sea and what was going on. All in all, it made for a good weekend. August, 2014

The apartment was very well equipped and clean

The apartment was very well equipped and clean. A lot of thought had been given to what was in the kitchen.  Shaun and Rose – the managers – were very friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful of Kings Beach. Really nice to sit on the balcony and look out at the beach.  Well located within easy walking distance of several including Naked Turtle and Domenico’s Italian.  The prices at the Naked Turtle were really reasonable and the food was nice.  Caloundra is also well located for visiting Australia Zoo, which we visited while we were there – only about a 20 minute drive. We visited the markets too while we were there, which was within walking distance. July 2014

Lovely views!

Capeview is ideally located! Lovely views! Close to parks and cafes! A short scenic walk along the seafront takes you to more cafes, restaurants and Caloundra’s main shopping street. We found the location quiet and relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for Rose and Shaun. They went out of their way to help when we had an unexpected health problem. Capeview will definitely be where we will choose to stay next time we visit beautiful Caloundra! June, 2014

You may have noticed that the Capeview logo is a graphic of the sun rising over the Pacific Ocean.  We chose that symbol because it genuinely reflects the amazing view of the ocean that you experience from any one of our units.

At Kings Beach, when the sun goes down, the stars come out to play!  This video was captured in June, when the days are gorgeous and the nights unbelievably crisp and clear.
