Highlighting the exciting world of chillies, herbs and spices through a fusion of food, music and people, the Hot91 Ignite Chilli Festival is almost too hot to handle.

 

Reigniting in Downtown Caloundra on Saturday 17 November 2018, this food fiesta will include cooking demonstrations from celebrity chef Matt Sinclair, roving entertainment, food, music, stalls and of course the annual Chilli Eating Championships.

The Hot91 Ignite Chilli Festival has been ranked within the top 20 Best Food & Drink Festivals within Australia!
